Who We Are

Our Team

Our team is made up of passionate baseball enthusiasts who are committed to making a difference in the lives of young players. We come from diverse backgrounds, but we share a common goal:

to create the best possible experience for every child who participates in
Guest Player Connect.

Impartial, Paid Coaches

Our coaches are not only experienced in the game, but they are also dedicated to fairness and development. They all undergo and pass background checks, ensuring a safe environment for your child. They focus on providing equal opportunities for all players, ensuring that everyone gets a chance to shine and improve.

Supportive Staff

Behind the scenes, our staff works tirelessly to organize tournaments, match players with the right teams, and communicate with parents to make sure everything runs smoothly. We’re here to support your child’s baseball journey, from the moment they sign up to the day they step off the field.

Passionate Leadership

Our leadership team is driven by a love for the game and a desire to see every child succeed. As a family that lives and breathes baseball, we understand the needs of both players and parents. We’re committed to continuously improving our program, listening to feedback, and adapting to the needs of our players and their families.

Our Mission

Our mission is simple: to create a positive and supportive environment where youth baseball players can develop their skills while having fun. We’re not about winning championships or pressuring kids to perform at all costs. Instead, we focus on helping every player, regardless of their skill level, enjoy baseball and improve at their own pace.

Connect. Compete. Grow.

These three words define everything we do. We connect players with the right teams, provide opportunities to compete in well-matched tournaments, and support their growth both on and off the field.

Why We Do It

As parents, we understand the deep desire to see our children thrive in the sport they love. We know how much it means to them to play more baseball, to compete, and to improve their skills. But we also recognize the frustration that comes when those opportunities are limited—whether it’s missing out on game time, not playing on competitive teams that participate in tournaments, not getting enough time at the position they love, or not being able to play with their friends.
At Guest Player Connect, we do this because we’ve been there too. We believe that every child deserves the chance to experience the joy of baseball, to develop their skills in a supportive environment, and to make memories that will last a lifetime. We’re passionate about providing an alternative to the high-pressure, win-at-all-costs mentality that often dominates youth sports. Instead, we offer a space where players can simply play, learn, and have fun—because as parents, we know that’s what really matters.
