You’ll get an email once your team is formed, followed by your schedule, coach info, and uniform details—then it’s game time.
Add your player’s spot to your cart, lock it in with a small deposit, and share a few quick details—like age, position, and skill level—so we can build balanced teams and ensure everyone gets time on the field.
Tournament registration closes. We confirm player participation and begin organizing rosters, coaches, and communication plans to ensure a smooth and fun experience for everyone.
Players receive a welcome email with key tournament details, including arrival instructions, roster info, and a full game schedule (once released by the tournament host).
Your team is added to GameChanger for live updates and scorekeeping. Coaches will begin reaching out directly with reminders, expectations, and any last-minute info to help your player feel confident and prepared.
Arrive 75 minutes before your first game to check in, meet your coaches and teammates, receive your GPC gear, and warm up together. Then it’s time to hit the field and enjoy a weekend of fun, growth, and competitive baseball.
Before the Tournament – Our coaches review each player’s information and any submitted videos, then use our proprietary technology and systems to create a lineup and game strategy that gives every player opportunities to contribute. You’ll receive all the details you need, including coach information, game times, and location details.
Game Day – Arrive 75 minutes early to meet your coach and teammates, warm up, and get ready to play. Your player will receive a Guest Player Connect hat and jersey to wear for the weekend, which can be reused in future tournaments to save on registration costs.
During the Tournament – Every player gets equal playing time in the field (except for pitching, which is based on experience, skill, and safety). Everyone bats, and players receive equal at-bats throughout the event. Our coaches focus on a positive, development-first environment and recognize players of all skill levels for their contributions.
After the Tournament – You’ll leave with great memories, new friends, and more game experience for your player.
Honest self-assessment is the key to making sure your player has the best possible experience. Use real game performance, not just practice ability, to place them in the right level.
