Weekend Coaching
Opportunities in Baseball,
Softball & Basketball

Inspire athletes. Build skills. Get paid to coach — weekends only.

Whether you’re a seasoned coach, a former player, or just starting your coaching journey, Guest Player Connect (GPC) gives you the platform, community, and support to make a real impact. Our weekend-only tournaments in youth baseball, softball, and basketball are designed for players to develop, have fun, and love the game — and we’re looking for coaches who share that mission.

Who We Are

At GPC, we believe sports should be about more than just winning. We create positive, supportive environments where young athletes can improve their skills, build confidence, and make lasting memories.

Our teams are made up entirely of “guest players” — athletes joining together just for the weekend to compete, connect, and grow. We’re expanding nationwide, and that means more opportunities for coaches in baseball, softball, and basketball to join our mission.

Our Culture

GPC is more than a sports organization — we’re a team of teams. Coaches, operations staff, and leadership work together to deliver a consistent, uplifting experience for every athlete.
