Whether you’re a seasoned coach, a former player, or just starting your coaching journey, Guest Player Connect (GPC) gives you the platform, community, and support to make a real impact. Our weekend-only tournaments in youth baseball, softball, and basketball are designed for players to develop, have fun, and love the game — and we’re looking for coaches who share that mission.
At GPC, we believe sports should be about more than just winning. We create positive, supportive environments where young athletes can improve their skills, build confidence, and make lasting memories.
Our teams are made up entirely of “guest players” — athletes joining together just for the weekend to compete, connect, and grow. We’re expanding nationwide, and that means more opportunities for coaches in baseball, softball, and basketball to join our mission.
GPC is more than a sports organization — we’re a team of teams. Coaches, operations staff, and leadership work together to deliver a consistent, uplifting experience for every athlete.
Our culture is built on:
Development, safety, and enjoyment come before everything else.
We give you the tools, resources, and clear communication you need to succeed.
Every coach is valued, and your voice matters.
We’re united by the belief that sports can change lives for the better.
We welcome coaches from all walks of life, including:
Former or retired players and coaches who want to stay in the game.
Parents whose kids have aged out but want to give back.
Teachers, school staff, or professionals with weekends off.
High school and college students seeking coaching experience.
Retirees looking for a fun, active, and meaningful way to spend their weekends.
Anyone passionate about sports who can’t commit to weeknight practices.
Focus on what you love most — coaching — while we handle the rest
Rewarding to Teach Kids: See young athletes grow in skill, confidence, and sportsmanship because of your guidance.

We’re not just filling roles — we’re building a connected network of motivated, skilled, and passionate coaches nationwide.
When you coach with GPC, you’re not just taking a gig — you’re joining a network with room to advance.
