We know plans can change, weather happens, and sometimes teams don’t fill. That’s why our refund policy is built to be simple, flexible, and 100% parent-friendly.

Our goal is to support families, form great teams, and keep things stress-free—just the way youth baseball should be.
Due to the early commitments and high costs required for Cooperstown All-Star Village, all payments are non-refundable once your player is accepted and registered.
This includes:
Exception: If GPC cannot form a full team, a full refund will be issued.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind.
If your player registered for a tournament scheduled before November 9, 2025, the previous refund policy applies.
